Huskie
When I load my boat on the trailer, it always ends up off center to the left as I'm looking toward the bow (when I'm in the boat). It's not a major problem when I'm with someone, but when I fish alone it's a pain. Is there a simple adjustment I could make with the rollers to correct this? delcecchi
Are you backing the trailer too far into the water? Should be just touching the back roller...
Huskie
Actually, due to low water, I had to crank it almost all of the way up. Usually when I drive it on it is closer to centered.
kfk
The easiest way is to get a tape measure out and measure if the paired left and right rollers are the same distance from the center of the crossmember they are attached to or the sides of the trailer, whichever way is easiest to measure. It's not always an easy thing to do, but both left and right rollers have to be the same distance from the center of the trailer frame crossmembers as they run from the back to the front of your trailer or your boat will load cock-eyed. It's easiest to do if the boat is off the trailer. Been there.
Raider4ever
Mine does that a little to the left as I look from bow toward motor. Should the rollers be not equal distances, without looking at the trailer just now, is there a solution? Is there one (a solution) should the rollers be equal distances? Thanks. pinkfloyd4ever
I have to do that too, at first I thought it was just learning to load on a roller trailer (Had bunk style the last 15 years) but mine will do that too and want to go to the left. This of course is simpler than looking in the manual
ozzie
I have the problem of giong to one side...after alot of trial and error I have come to find out it all has to do with how far I putin the trailer and how level it is from there. I have had the trailer out of the water too much and it didn't go on straight...I have had it in too far and it doesn't go on straight but if I put my trailer in just at the right spot it will load straight as an arrow everytime. I also have a roller trailer.
