How to test draw weight?

You can buy a scale. If you chose not to go that route, your best bet is to go in to a store that sells and services bows or to an archery range (the range likely has one). The big question on my mind, is why do you want to know specifically? (You should be able to get a pretty good rough estimate of your poundage based on the bows poundage range and by recognizing how far in your limb bolts are screwed/limb gap from riser). Are you concerned about being close to the minimum poundage?

That isn't always a good indicator. I just bought a new 50 - 60 lbs bow. (says it right on the limb) We set the poundage at 58 lbs at the shop, using a scale and it feels like 58 lbs compared to my other bow. If you look at the amount of threads showing on the limb bolts, you would think it was set at the minimum.
