JacobG
My suggestion.....Go North! Areas that have lots of lakes that help take the pressure off each other. No one lake gets fished. They all do, but the pressure on any given lake is spread out. When I lived in the metro i would find a motel room in some small town somewhere and stay a night and fish my tail off for two days. Couldnt tell you how many lakes ive fished in the past 5 years, but many have produced for me and the average size of fish is sometimes impressive. Another advantage is small town bait stores, they know where the fish are biting, their brother, dad, uncle, cousin, etc. was out yesterday......... and so on. So I say, GO NORTH!
