KEN W Posted August 11, 2012 Share Posted August 11, 2012 I have only had that problem when trying to pickle it in the jars.The fish is packed in to tight.Since I started pickleing it in a large container then putting it in jars after....no problem. Sounds like a great idea! Most of the time I pickle fish the last jar is never quite full. With your plan I can just eat the leftovers! Thanks!
