mold milldew smell

Recommended Posts

Spray a little Lysol through the induction by the windshield, and put your air on so it draws out side air. Then to prevent it from happening again, shut your air off about 5 minutes before you shut your car off, and then the evaporator will warm up, and the water will dry up, and not get mildew in the future.

I worked for chrysler for 8 years and they use to have a spray. I know we used it with very little success. To properly clean an evap you have to actually buy a foam cleaner that fills up the evap box and then it will drain out the drain tube. If you still get the smell the only way not to get it, is replace the evap.
