Cyberfish
I had a great night of seeing the Northern lights July 14th, with two good shows, the first after midnight on lake Mille lacs, it was quite hazy and starting to cloud up a bit, really degrading the photos, none worth saving, but seeing the lights was worth it though. I needed to get out of the clouds so I started heading south a bit til I hit clear skies. The Aurora was still glowing, so I set up on the Rum river a bit south of Onamia hoping for some reflection shots. I did that for a while, around 2 AM it started getting brighter, then the lights just exploded all over the sky! I could hardly decide where to point the camera! I am very grateful I got to see this only 90 minutes from my house! I thought I would have to travel to Canada or Alaska to see the lights like this! Here are some of my favorite photos. Enjoy!
