I need a smoker pronto. Those wings look good!!! My wife's parents had a large Cherry tree come down, and I got a good portion of it. They were just going to have it chipped and hauled away. Got a chunk of the trunk about 6 feet long and the portion where all the branches take off. Close to 200 lbs of cherry wood. Cut that up, dry it out, and smoke with it.

Made 2 dozen wings for the guys after the race tonight.

I used some seasoning and then in the smoker with mesquite wood.

Then I put them on my rotiserre for 15 minutes to crisp both sides up and then 10 minutes on the grill lying flat with some Sweet baby Rays original BBQ sauce.

My wife is going to call when the races are almost over, then I will warm them up in the oven and take them to the crew at the track in the pits for a treat to go along with a few cool ones. Track is only 6 blocks from our house.

Of course I had to test the finished product and they should go very well with a few Coor's or Golden lights.
