We are getting white and red breasted nuthatches, chickadees, downy and hairy woodpeckers, goldfinches and fing red squirrels! I haven't seen gray jays or blue jays for a while which is very unusual.

My feeders are getting mugged right now with the cold weather coming. Even the squirrels and bunnies are at it. I have like 6 of the fattiest squirrels on the planet, and I'm trying to give them all cardiac arrest by dumping all the old Christmas cookies and treats out there. They eat everything! 😆

It's sporadic. Some days I got a bunch then none. When I do some woodpeckers, bunch of finches and an occasional cardinal. I'm not sure what changed but I've gone through more suet cakes since last spring then I have the last 4-5 years

I have an Abu Garcia Ambassadeur C3 (actually, I have three) on which the anti-reverse is not working properly. It is a bit "loose". There is some backwards play in the reel, kind of like those spinning reels that have a four-point or eight-point anti reverse. You know, where it always "backs up" to the stopping point.
I suspect that the anti-reverse bearing is bad. Is that an easy fix, or am I better off just getting a new reel? Where would one even get a bearing to fix it (assuming that is in fact the problem)?
Any one have any insight and can help me out? I hope I described the problem clearly...
