I have Lund Tyee with a electic horn that has a push button switch that quit working. When the button is pushed it makes a faint sound like "kerr-plunk" but no horn sound. I bought a new horn, hooked it up and the new horn does the same thing, no honk, just the faint kerr-plunk sound. I hooked a voltage meter to the wires and when the horn button is pushed I get 12.6 volts.
A friend suggested that I had a bad ground, so I rewired the black ground wire from the new horn directly to the ground on the fuse box. This made no difference. Any suggestions?

I went through all the HSO headaches and crazy rules on the ice fishing part of HSO and survived. I loved all the interaction on the bird site also but having to reset my password EVERY time I come here now has finally killed me off. What a great site this once was. Mods, figure this out or keep losing posters, you’re choice.
The recipe calls this stewed beef. It’s great over rice and after cooking for an hour or so is so tender. Best part about it is it’s super simple to make. Normally I put a pound of mushrooms in it also but didn’t have any.
