No 2012 Brainerd Jaycees ticket vouchers???

Well as instructed by their HSOforum I mailed in my two tickets purchased for this past winter's Brainerd Jaycee's Extravaganza but have not heard a single word or notification if my tickets were received or if I am going to get vouchers for next year 2013? I was not able to make it to the 2012 event due to postponement and date being moved. As a safe guard I photo copied my tickets before mailing them in. Now im in turmoil as to think I will get anything at all for the $50 I spend on them two tickets from fleet farm. I have contacted the ticket office by email and am waiting for a response. Is anyone in the same boat or issue?

I think they are probably waiting until they print up the new tickets, but I don't know for sure. It would cost them twice as much in postage to send a voucher, and then a ticket once they are printed.

Got a response back and was informed that my tickets were received and that they are waiting till new tickets are printed to be sent out in the fall.
