hookncook
Went out shooting today for one of my freelance gigs. As it turns out, the weather over the last couple days did play an impact on the streams of the La Crosse area. Almost all of the streams are muddy, not blown out (yet) but like fishing choclate milk. Most of the guys I interviewed and photographed caught fish on live bait. One group of guys were limited out, but they were bridge hopping on stocked streams. Too easy for my blood. After my work was done, my son and I went upstream about 300 yards and ran into some nice brookies. All caught on worms. I ran a spinner and a few spoons and only found short hits.Went home and aced the last test for my minor program. It was a good day, cracking a beer before processing photos.
