I live about 20 miles form Cuyuana, so I regularly use the trails. They are swesome! I was not a mountain biker before these trails were made, but it didn't take long to see the fun mountain biking can be.

You will get a workout! But the ride downhill is worth it. My personal favs are sidewinder and the section of trails on the far eastern part of the trail network.

The main parking lot to access the trail is next to a public access to one of the minepits. When you are done biking, you can launch a boat and cool off in the lake.

Sounds like the same volunteers who take care of the trail are going to help build another one on County Road 2 just west of Pine River. Its spreading!

BTW, if it rains, they close the trails.
