LED Wheelhouse Lights

I have standard 12 volt dome lights in my wheelhouse.

I know they don't eat up a lot of battery but with the LED innovations I was wondering what others are using.

Check out superbrightledsdotcom everything you would need to retrofit you house is there at decent prices. The power usage from incandecent to led is like the fuel consumption of an alchohol funny car compared to an electric car. You may not think your using a lot of juice but switch your lights and youll notice a huge difference.

I have the Progressive Dynamics fluorescent, with LED replacement bulbs. Model number on the base is PD222F8CWC.

The LED bulbs came from DyersOnline dot com. Item number 72156. The combination works extremely well!

These lights are not really that expensive.

I see they have LED lamps that fit in the standard socket but they cost as much as a whole light fixture.

Anyone have an idea of how many LED lights it takes to be comparable to the standard 12 volt incandescent lamp. The lights look like they go in increments of 12 LED's.
