Lowrance x85 problem, any suggestions?

Hi, i have a pair of Lowrance x85's, one of them works fine, but the other will pick up the bottom structure and read it at 0 ft as if the water column doesn't exist, no matter how deep it is. The transducer works fine in the other one so i know it's not the problem. any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

You might want to try a hard reset and see if that helps. Instructions below.

Push and hold both Zoom in and Zoom out at the same time, push and hold the Power button while still holding the two other buttons, release all buttons when the unit¨starts beeping.
