Spruce Grouse were displaying along Lake CR 2 just south of Hwy 1. Unfortunately the light was slightly above the tree line and this male was out of the light. I am still trying to figure how to use flash and I did not use it on this male Spruce Grouse. I wish the photo was sharper but I thought I let everyone know that the Spruce Grouse males are getting into spring courtship mode.
