hamms-scooter
I spent the day saturday ice trolling with a great guy and fisherman Michael Thompson aka Cyberfish. He put his super fast nils to work punching 6" holes through the ice faster then anything I have seen drill before!! We ended up on a nice gill spot and had a good time. For those of you that say you would go home if your flasher didn't work .... I watched Mike put on a clinic as his flasher was down for the day. He caught so many fish without one... The love of panfishing kept him going, not a spinning sonar. He would be talking or cracking a joke and you look over and with a smile he is setting the hook on a nice gill. His line was his sonar... Tightlining is a great skill and quite usefull when the sonar is down. Thanks again Mike for a good time on the ice and look forward to our next trip out. Jack Peterson
yeah, i know people that can outfish me without electronics...it's just a matter of what you're used to. it's kind of fun to fish without a vexilar...then it's actually fair

Mr.Seaguar
In the spring, when its arm. You are on a flat thats all the same depth like a shallow bay. all those old holes. I use a Schooley and no flasher. Flasher is too slow. Drop you bait, jig a couple time, stop, jig a couple times, pause. No fish you move. Oh thats fun. WallyGader
I noticed the gold jig also, that's what I have had tied on most the year, a gold diamond jig and a blood red teaser jigged aggressively has been my favorite this year. Cyber cool pics. as always.
