Dozer
My Father has a 00 Silverado that the fuel gauge has been giving him trouble on. The fuel pump also sounds like it is running in sand. Any recomendations on which pump to buy? Ive heard the Delco is best but is double the price. Is it worth it? Any tips on the instalation process? Ive heard that its easier the take the box off and do it from the top?Any thoughts?
Macgyver55
Delphi pumps are good and are available at many places.
Jack Peterson
Go with the Delco. Price means a lot when it comes to fuel pumps. If you buy a cheap pump, plan on replacing it again.
