Dbl
Thanks for the consideration guys, that is a very nice compliment that I really do appreciate! I was just looking at my baseball work (not included on my web site by the way, most of it is college ball so it is on my personal site to avoid NCAA issues) I have 108 games and over 30,000 images in those galleries in the past 6 years since I started that site. I do love shooting baseball more than anything else! It would sure be fun to shoot 60 to 80 games at Target Field each season. But there is a reason jobs like these open on a frequent basis, long hours for very low pay. It would be a dream job if a person was retired, no kids in college and with a spouse that could provide insurance benefits! You generally are considered a contract employee for these positions. Take a look at the job requirements...while I do fulfill those I am already running a nearly full time photography business and holding down a full time job. So it doesn't leave a lot of time for a third full time job during baseball season. They will have no trouble filling the position, that I can almost guarantee! I do wish it could be me. Maybe in a few years...
