no. it's a book that i have with all of my granfathers sausage recepies [most of which i have had to get translated] and my sausage recepies and recepies from books of sausage from around the world. and also from HSO posters. good luck.

danke shoen. dont know how to get those two dots on top of the o. my grandfather just mentioned spices a lot instead of measured amounts of spices. he always complained about my dull knives when he visited us from germany years ago. i always thought they were sharp. then he would take them on a stone and what a world of difference. we made bratwurst together once and talk about a guy taking over. every link had to be precise and full. never stop learning. he tought me that sausage making is a art. good luck.

Not the easiest way but you can use these key commands in windows. Just hold down Alt and press the key combination to get the letter.
