My wife has a 02 Chrysler Town & Country with a 3.8. Service engine light came on a couple weeks ago and I come up with a P0454 (Evap system leak, very small) Is there any common problems on these or do I have to take it in to get hooked up to the smoke machine?

Everything between the gas tank and the intake is a possibility.

Check the larger hoses near the charcoal canister. It is very common for the rubber to start to develop tiny little cracks right where the plastic on the nipple start to flair out. If there is any sign of cracking replace theme. If you don't and the shop sees it they will want to before they go any further.
