naifc tourney-Lake Winnipeg

As I understand it, you would need to fish at least 1 NAIFC qualifying event first this year, to qualify to fish this event. Or..is it that this is a qualifying event, that would allow you to fish the Championship to fallow?

Please correct me if I wrong?

Just curious... what does that have to do with a tournament on Lake Winnipeg, or did Lake Winnipeg just somehow sound like Pelican Lake to you confused???

I was talking to my friend and he said that they(naifc) was holding a tourney down on Pelican Lake. Do they have more than one a year? I understand that Pelican Lake does not sound like Lake Winnipeg.
