paul pachowicz
man did it get wild here late morning/afternoon/evening. A string of stroms moved up from Nebraska and just about covered the entire state. I'm just east of Rapid City and we got pounded with rain & 3 rounds of marble sized hail. No damage so far that I can see by me. Rapid City has some flooding with Rapid Creek going out of it's banks on the east side of town. A confirmed twister was on the ground in the Faith area. Wall is ground zero right now. I'm hopin this is the worse of what we get. Hunker down!!!!!

Jarrod32
Yeah...there is some tornado damage here and there in the northeast part of the state. And these thunderstorms didn't help the flooding problems here, either.
Craig Oyler
Isn't it nice to say we have a flooding problem rather than a drought though?? It's been 13 years since every lake and reservoir in and around the Black Hills has been full. Just think how good the ice fishing will be in 4-5 years.
