Slayer- I don't have any info for you, but you may want to also check with the Safari club. A good friend of mine is the past president of the Minnesota chapter. These guys are very helpful and always put you in touch with good outfitters.

Good luck... sounds fun!!

Slayer,

Canada can be just as fine as Alaska for caribou. But it might be helpful to have some more information.

What type of hunt are you looking for? Archery? Rifle?

What are the physical abilities of the hunters going on the trip?

What are your experience levels?

Guided? Outfitted? DIY drop camp?

Do you want fishing opportunities also?

Are you looking for the best trophies you can find or just a good ol hunt?

The different herds of caribou have different conditions that come with the territory such as terrain, accommodations, weather depending on time of year/migration, and they vary in antler structure and size.

But they are one of the most fun animals to hunt. smile
