Boss Hogg
Could someone please tell me what the laws are concerning drinking beer in a parked "for the night" RV. We all know it is illegal to have open containers while in motion. We also know that there are wet, damp, and dry communities. That is another issue. The last thing we want to do is get our butts in a sling in Alaska, while making supper and haveing some beer. I am sure the laws vary from state to state. Down Deep
I've been to several campgrounds on the Kenia Peninsula and if there is a prohibition on alcohol consumption then the cops would need to bring in buses to haul everyone to jail. I'm pretty sure that drinking in campgrounds is OK. Lot's of people with RV's stop on the roadside pull-offs for the night and I'm not sure what the regs. would be for that.
