Portable Ice House Patch Kit

Walleye #1

Recommended Posts

Used my fish house this weekend and got a couple small tears in it when the fabric got caught on the rough ice when pulling it. Does anyone know where I can locate the materials needed to patch a couple tears for a Frabill shack? I can find Clam and Otter patch kits online, but nothing for Frabill.

Thanks

I don't think there is any difference in the material between the brands just the colors. They all use denier nylon material but at different thicknesses. The glue should be the same also. Check the frabill HSOforum if you are set on something from frabill.

walleye 1 I also had to repair my frabil shack this season do to tears. What I did was called frabil, they sold me a patch 12"x12" for $6.00 if i remember right. Then they recomended shoe glue, which I got at FF in the shoe dept.I glued one patch on the outside, let dry over night, and by morning it was ready for the ice. Hope this helps & good luck Walleye 1
