Strikemaster Rocks

I was fishing up at Mille Lacs this weekend and halfway through my first hole, the auger bucks a little and I noticed the handle was broke on it. I brought it into strikemaster today to get the handle fixed. The auger is close to the warranty date or slightly over. I misplaced my receipt so I figured I will just pay for the handle. When I went up to pay them, the said it was covered under warranty. So I had to give a shout out to a great business with exceptional customer service.

I was always going to get a jiffy because that was all i ever saw as akid on the ice and didn't even know about SM growing up. I now own a SM mag 2000 with 2 drill options and have never had to talk to customer service yet as mine has been perfect (other then my recoil wouldn't go back in on the second pull ever and i fixed myself)snd feel that they would be as you said and others have said! EXCELLENT!

Don't knock the Jif!! I've had my jiffy for 22 years, drilled thousands of holes, only on my 2nd set of blades, never even replaced the spark plug yet!

Don't even know how good jiffys customer service is, cause its never needed to be repaired!

Not too many strikes going that long without a little TLC.
