Underwater Camera?

To tell you the truth, I have 4 cameras. Best one out of the lot is the original small Scout Aqua Vu with square stand that you wrap the camera cord around.

1.Smaller screen takes less batteries.

2.Smaller camera takes less room in portable.

3.AquaVu DVR can be used with it.

4.can run a line to a lager battery, or use the small portable one.

5.Fits in a bucket nice.

I had the fish TV for a week and returned it for for a cbls 7". The Fish TV needed a ton of C or D batteries or carry a seperate vex battery. I found the quality of the camer was very poor even in clear water. Marcum uses sony cameras and is very clear.

If you can, try to find an older version if you are looking at an aqua vu camera. I have one of the new ones where the battery is in the back of the camera all sealed up. It totally sucks. When the battery goes dead, it is a pain to change out.I have a couple of nice square electric fence batteries that won't fit in the back of the camera which sucks. I'm thinking of making a modified stand for one of my older camera's which would hold 2 batteries, then when one goes dead i could switch it to the other really fast. Seem 2 use about two batters with a cam to get through the day.

I'm not worried about battery as I'm setting up my fishhouse so I can plug any camera I get into the electrical system. I appreciate all the feedback and welcome any more comments and reviews as well. Looking at the Marcum vs380 though. Not a lot of money and heard a lot of good things about it, particularly is comparison in the evening and in early mornings.
