sat.sept.19 clearwater lake annandale mn, 74.5 degrees just trying to get some useful information out there for the fall fisherman.I will keep updating this and it would also be nice if others would join in.

do you remember what time of day that was I was out there on wed.during the day (late afternoon)and it was 77. I did a check before I headed for home around 900 pm and it was 74.

I think some rain would cool them down some.but it won't be long

How deep? Down wind side of the lake? Up wind side of the lake?

I think as soon as we get a good wind to stir thing up the temp will change fast. With the angle of the sun this time of year most of the light energy being reflected off the surface. The cooler water is alot closer to the surface then it was a few weeks ago.

43.2 this morning on the lake I was duck hunting on......

After being in the water for about an hour putting out decoys I can see why the fish move a bit slower in the fall....
