Converting Natural Gas Heater to Propane

I suppose I should start this off by saying this is for a deer stand, not for use in a home.

I picked up a wall mounted heater this summer that is currently set up for Natural Gas. I would like to convert it to propane to use in my deer stand. From what I have read online, this can be done by changing the orifice from NG to Propane. My problem is that I cannot find the orifice on this unit. The company is out of business, Atlanta Stove Company, and I have not had any luck finding a conversion kit online. I was hoping someone on this forum could point me in the right direction.

JacobMHD, I'd suggest you contact at the very least a Plumber or better yet, a HVAC Tech. There's usually not a lot to converting, sometimes it's a s simple as screwing out the natural gas orfice and replacing it with the correct size propane orfice. Question is 'Exactally which size IS the correct size??' That's where the experience comes in. Good Luck, Be safe!! Phred52

Phred....Thanks for the input. I will gladly resort to a HVAC Tech once I have given up. I was hoping that it was something I could convert myself with just a little guidance from someone on here.
