Fantasy QB

Hey guys,

Who would you start here:

Jason Campbell vs Detroit

or

Jay Cutler vs Seattle

Jason Campbell is very tempting, but Cutler is definitely the more talented QB. Detroit looks better this year in their secondary, and Seattle really struggling. I'm thinking this is a "high ceiling" vs "high bottom" debate.

Cut both and pick up Flacco and Favre! Just kidding but if can get Flacco I'd cut Campbell and go after Flacco...the Ravens play the Browns. I don't trust the skins period and they barely beat the worst team in the Rams last week, so I got a feeling the Lions could be sneaky and break this lossing streak this weakend.

I'm 0-2 so far with QBs this year.... what should I do for week 3?

Week 1

started Matt Schaub @ Jets: 166 0-1 1 fantasy point

sat Joe Flacco @ KC 307 3-1 22 FP

Week 2

started Joe Flacco @ SD: 190 2-1 13FP

sat Mat Schaub @ Ten: 357 4-0 31FP

Week 3???????

projections:

Matt Schaub @ Jac 270 1.9-.7 14.88FP

or

Joe Flacco @ Cle 200 1.2-.8 9.66 FP

As their projections have been off each week I havn't a clue, both these opponents are weak, any thoughts???

Aren't we IDIOTS???? i have the same two qb's on my fantasy team and did the EXACT same thing.. Luckily, I won both weeks in spite of my overthinking!

Here is my thought on the situation and what I will be doing the rest of the year- Starting Schaub!! He has the best WR in FB who is going to get him points. They have a better Offense than Baltimore and he should score us more points. Houston was the 3rd best O last year. Start Schaub and be glad you have Flacco as a fill in for bye week and when he gets hurt.

A theory I have but usually forget once a year and it costs me: Don't sit your fantasy studs because someone else has a perceived better matchup. They are studs for a reason- they score against EVERYONE!

I got those two QB's as well.

I started Flacco week 1 because I didn't like the Schaub/Titans matchup. However, after Schaub laid an egg week one I couldn't start him the next week and I lost by one stinking point, OUCH.

I'll have to look at the matchups. I'm kind of leaning towards Schaub this week since the Vikes ran all over Cleveland. Of course it also means the Ravens could march down the field and Flacco throws 5 TD's this weekend.

Gotta love FF.

after reading reviews, alot of sites are showing campbell to have a monster week this week! Just a thought!

I've always subscribed to the "START EVERYONE AGAINST DETROIT" method too. I think I'm gonna stick with my program and start Campbell. If I lose by my decision then I'll live with it. Gotta go with my first instinct. I think Cutler will pick it up from here on out, however. I also have McNabb on my bench just waiting til after his rib and bye week.
