Just for info mine was acting up the curser and mph would just flash but with correct readings and the trail would be blotchy.and the coordinates would keep losing signal .I called lowrance well they said I would need to send it in along with one hundred and sixty some dollars well I kept pushing him to see if there was anything else I could do finally he said we could set it back to the factory settings by pushing the power button and one other button at the same time well low and behold it fixed the problem so if you have any problems with yours don't let them sucker you in by haveing to pay them to get a new or refurbed one,have them try some things first

I am having a similiar problem with mine. What was the other button you pushed?

Shut it off and hold the power button and the pages button and when it powers up let go of both then the curser should be flashing over tulsa oklahoma if you did it right then it should find signal where you are at the reason it goes to tulsa is that i s where the main headqiarters are at good luck mine is still working great
