snagger
I'm planning a family vaca up to Hayward on Labor Day. I'd like to rent a private cabin/house rather than stay in a resort. I'm bringing my boat but I probably will only be able to fish a few hours in the morning and evening. Any suggestions on lakes? I've researched a few cabins on Moose Lake, Lost Lake, Teal Lake (The Quiet Lakes). I like to fish for bass and walleye. Given the small amount of time i can fish I'll probably go for bass.Thanks. snoozebutton
Yeah, Teal and Lost Land are good choices, they both have good walleye populations along with the bass plus you can get from one to the other so it gives you more options. Good food at the Lost Land Lake Lodge also.
snagger
Thanks for the input guys. I appreciate it. How about Spider and Moose?
Cooter
Moose has an abundance of muskies and walleyes but not known for size on either. Not sure about the bass in there.
