SteveO71
I replaced the lower unit on my 1998 90 hp johnson. Does the stainless steel shifting shaft that goes from the linkage on top down into the lower unit have any adjustments? I can't get it into forward. If I unhook all the linkage up top and pull up on the shaft it will go into forward. It looks like the shaft is a 1/4 in too long. Thanks for any help!
