Do you mean stream trout in streams or in lakes? Stream trout in lakes ends October 31. Still plenty of time for some fishing.

I thought brown and rainbow/steelhead seasons are continuous BELOW posted boundaries on certain Lake Superior tributaries. ???

Excluding Lakers, all inland stream trout (statewide) ends September 30!

As Sarge mentioned in another post two weeks prior in SEMN is catch and release only!

they are, thats why he said inland waters, you can fish below the boundaries until the water turns hard, and even after that you can still fish it!
