alwaysonthemove
Heading up to sioux narrows during the first week of june for a few days. Wondering what techniques you guys use for lakers. I have in the past pulled rapalas with a 4 oz weight. Also have just drifted over deep water with jigs both ways seem to produce lakers.Just seeing what other people do. I do not have downriggers so that setup is out.
redhooks
Lakers might still be shallow first week of June. Try trolling Rapalas or big spinner rigs w/ minnows and if you mark fish off structure try jigging them w/ buckshot spoons. Otherwise leadcore w/ flutter spoons should get down deeper.
