  1. Anyone interested in getting the registration form can email me at rkf67 @ hotmail.com
  2. I think there is Thursday night group that allow single event entries - they used to post the schedule here. RippinLips I think used to post about them.
  3. We do not plan to open this up to single event entries. Suggest you try to find a partner that can cover the days you can't make.
  4. Thanks for the question Hydra - You don't have to fish them all, we do allow subs and we drop your worst event. But as this is a 12 event league, you wouldn't want to miss too many or you would hurt your chances for a season end payout.
  5. 3 open slots remain - 15 boat league Wednesday Nights 5:30 - 9:00 Entry fee of $240 covers all 12 events. Optional $10 Big Bass of the Year pot. 100% payout + sponsor items Weekly payouts: first($120), second($60), third($20), and big bass of the night($40) Year end payouts: first($320), second($200), third($100), and big bag of year ($100) Big bass of year payout will be based on participation in optional pot. Here is a list of the lakes we are fishing: Crystal Bryant Minnetonka O'Dowd Bush Medicine Cedar Waconia Marion Medicine Minnetonka Pelican Post back if interested or with any questions.
  6. Those were some beauty Pike you guys brought in - two over five pounds.
  7. The final metro event took place Saturday, Sept 10th on Lake Minnetonka. Conditions were warm and windy, with several distractions. The bite was reported to be considerably slower than in prefishing. First place went to Team Jighead - who found their bass on the docks with Senkos and picked up their Pike on spinnerbaits over shallow weeds. Results - Team Jighead - 6 Bass, 2 Pike - total 14.3 Matt/Brian - 3 Pike - total 12.8 (big fish 5.3 pike) Neise - 4 Bass - total 8.4 Bob-n-Stove - 2 Bass 3.7 Thanks to Matt and Brain for participating in this event. Results
  8. Thanks guys - looks like I put the arrow too far to the west. Maxwell launch is further east just near the intersection with Tonkawa road. I will update the map in my previous post. Sorry for any confusion.
  9. Fifth event of the season will be held on Lake Minnetonka on Saturday, September 10th. This event has openings for additional teams - cost will be $50 per team. [image][/image] Take - off is at 6:30 a.m from Maxwell Bay - weight in will be at 12:30.
  10. Lake Minnewashta Tightest competition so far this season with all teams finishing within 2 lbs of each other. Team Bob'n'Stovetop added another first place to there impressive record this season. Team weights are listed below - Bob 'n Stovetop - 6 bass, 3 pike - total weight 19.14 lbs Team Jighead - 6 bass, 3 pike - total weight 18.06 lbs. Neises - 6 bass, 3 pike - 17.38 lbs. Next event is Minnetonka - Saturday September 10th. We have openings if any teams would like to fish this event.
  11. And the Mystery Lake is ........... Lake Minnewashta near Chanhassen. [image][/image] Event will start at 6:00 a.m - weight in will be at 12 noon. I know it wasn't posted on either of our lists, but Bob'n Stovetop had it on their list and it got picked in the random drawing. The boat launch is in Minnewashta park - there is a $4 fee for parking. We will be meeting and weighing in at boat launch # 2 (it's on the lower left of the image) [image][/image] This a catch and release only lake for Bass - so we will use the honor system and have teams record the lenghts of their top six bass. We will calculate weight based on measurement and add that to the actual weight of the other fish. *** we have openings if any other teams would like to particpate - please contact rob at [email protected] ***
  12. Thanks for the lake suggestions. I will add those to the list - which also contains: Spring Lake Prior Lake Waconia Big Marine Lake name will be drawn Friday - and posted. **** We have openings for any teams interested in fishing this event ****
  13. Clearwater Event Results First - Mr. Clean/WWG - 18.1 lbs. (6 Bass/2 Pike) Second - Bob-n-Stovetop - 13.9 lbs Third - BDR - 12.8 lbs Fourth - Jighead 10.6 lbs Fifth - Neese 3.1 lbs. It was great having some additional teams fish this event, we have openings for the remaining two event and so join us for one of these if you can! The teams fought the heat and posted some decent weights for this event. WWG/Mr. Clean found some cooler water in one of the connected lakes that had not been pressured. Bass came on Senko's along the weed edge and scum frogs in the slop. Our next event is the Mystery Event (random metro lake) on August 13th. The lake name will be posted on the night of the 12th. Please post any lake suggestions you may have to be included in the drawing. We have openings for the remaining two events and encourage any interested teams to contact Rob at [email protected] for more information or to sign up for an event. Event fee is $50 per team. Sorry for the delay in getting these posted - just getting back from the cabin.
