  1. Three of us fished Yellow all day Saturday & Sunday. We did manage our three walleyes each day, but it was tough. Five of the fish came between 5:30 pm & 8:30 pm & one fish at 8:00 am. Two came on raps four on jigs. All the fish were caught in 4 to 8 feet of water. One male & five females. All five females were spawned out. All six fish were packed full of two to three inch perch.
  2. I have googled resorts on Winnebago, and not much comes up. Are there resorts on the lake? Can somebody tell me where to look, or let me know of a good resort on the lake. Thanks
  3. The weather forecast is like a broken record. The warm weather has been two weeks out for the last month. It's like a carrot at the end of a stick.
  4. 300 plus views and nobody has an opinion? Is this law kept in place by locals to keep outsiders away?
  5. 23 days till opener, I think DonBo might be right unless we get some real warm sunny days. I do like a late spring. you get to fish more patterns as the water warms.
  6. I have 5 Lakemaster chips and 1 Navionics. The only time I use the Navionics, in when the Lakemasters chip dose not have the lake I'm fishing.
  7. I have been fishing Yellow for 20 years. I think the walleye fishing is as good now as it was 20 years ago. The crappie fishing has improved the last few years. Northern size has gotten smaller. Perch numbers and size way down. Sunnies seem to be doing good. I don't fish Muskies & bass to often, so couldn't tell you if any change.
  8. I would love to fish walleyes on the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. But I can't get myself to drive 5 hours to only pitch something, bobber fish or do something vertical. Dose anybody think this will ever change (motor trolling)???
  9. Is this something this guy does in a day, over a weekend , over a season. It would take some big bells to leave a lake with that many fish.
