Members Only Fluid Forum View   08/08/2017

Fluid forum view allows members only to get right to the meat of this community; the topics. You can toggle between your preferred forum view just below to the left on the main forum entrance. You will see three icons. Try them out and see what you prefer.   Fluid view allows you, if you are a signed up member, to see the newest topic posts in either all forums (select none or all) or in just your favorite forums (select the ones you want to see when you come to Fishing Minnesota). It keeps and in real time with respect to Topic posts and lets YOU SELECT YOUR FAVORITE FORUMS. It can make things fun and easy. This is especially true for less experienced visitors raised on social media. If you, as a members want more specific topics, you can even select a single forum to view. Let us take a look at fluid view in action. We will then break it down and explain how it works in more detail.   The video shows the topic list and the forum filter box. As you can see, it is easy to change the topic list by changing the selected forums. This view replaces the traditional list of categories and forums.   Of course, members only can change the view to better suit your way of browsing.   You will notice a “grid” option. We have moved the grid forum theme setting into the main forum settings. This makes it an option for members only to choose. This screenshot also shows the removal of the forum breadcrumb in fluid view mode. Fluid view remembers your last forum selection so you don’t lose your place when you go back to the listing. The benefit of this feature is easy to see. It removes a potential barrier of entry for members only. It puts the spotlight on topics themselves, and not the hierarchical forum structure. You as a member will enjoy viewing many forums at once and switching between them without leaving the page. We hope that fluid view, the new functionality is an asset that you enjoy .

This rock bass had a foot of line hanging out of its mouth tied to a hook coming out the other end. Somehow it passed the hook through its system.

Was out fishing yesterday and caught two bullhead with one hook. One bit, and I started reeling it in, then it felt like it got wrapped around a tree or something. Finally I got sick of it and was trying to break my line, and it let go. Turned out I snagged someone else's broken line. When I reeled it up, I had the one I caught, then another one that had been stuck on a hook for who knows how long.

I caught the one on the left.

    • What kind of speakers and how are the speakers mounted? Sometimes they have to be in somewhat of a "box" to create the bass.
    • sent him a note earlier
    •   I have a Nils and love it, would recommend it to anyone. Although I've never used the K-Drill, I've seen enough positive reviews to feel confident you really can't go wrong with either one. The only exception is if you're reopening holes a lot (especially if you have a permanent house). The K-Drill seems to be better for that.
    • You need to go to the dmv and register it as a homemade trailer.
    • I have a 4 channel car stereo, that I installed in my wheelhouse. I only hooked up 2 speakers, the 2 fronts. I’m not much of a music person, more for news/ weather.  The problem is it sounds like dump, no bass, all treble. Is that because I don’t have the other 2 speaker connected? Can all the speakers be the same kind or does a different type speaker need to be connected to the other channels. don’t have much stereo knowledge, so any help would be appreciated.
    • Thanks for the additional info guys.  I think the back right corner is where mine were too well done also. How about your experiences with Collagen casings - I used up some that were a year old, and they seemed to fall apart a bit or almost get a little mushy.  Should I stay away from old ones?
    • Surface tension should know this one? He's a Nils sharpening guy!
    • My Dad traded a boat last year for a wheel house and I would guess the house was never registered.  We mostly rebuilt it from the ground up because it was too wide to pull down the road.  Anyway, my Dad passed away early this year before he could register or use it.  It was handed down to me and I am a little confused how to get it registered.  I don't have any receipts for anything and it's 7.5'x12'.  So, under 3k lbs is my guess.  Any ideas?
