Whats your favorite Bass lure?

Mine is the new Firetiger X-Rap Shad Shallow.

Its nothing fancy but my "all time" favorite lure has to be a 7" black with blue flake or green pumpkin curly tail worm texas rig. I have caught a lot of fish with that lure over the years.

For pure enjoyment of fishing, Zara Spook. (Spro Bronzeye is close behind though).

For catching numbers of fish, white/red chatterbait.

A weedless skirted roundhead jig in black and blue or green pupkin with a zoom super chunk jr. that matches.

For fun, nothing beats a buzzbait over thinning weeds in the fall. Man, thinking about it almost makes me want September to get here....

For shore fishing, I have caught more bass on rapala original floaters of various sizes and colors than anything else.

For some reason I didn't even really start throwing them more often than anything else in the tackle box until last summer, but I've really been convinced that they are now my go-to lure.

My favorite lure for catching fish is a black and blue jig, that would be my go to lure, but my favorite lure to fish is a sumo frog in the slop.

My favs are the spinnerbaits and weedless jigs I make -

Jigs in black/blue or watermelon with zoom worms

Spinnerbaits in with watermelon/chartruese skirts and white twister trailers.

For numbers I'm with Ray on this one. A 4" straight tail power worm (black/Char.-( no longer in production) on a 1/16th or 1/8th oz. mushroom head jig.

For that pig. A Black power slug and a 1/40z. mushroom head jig.
