Looks like the 'sippi, and i've never seen any carp in the metro area over about 12lbs. i am fishing a lake called lake le homme dieu. im in alexandria minnesota not the metro. 1 hour east of st cloud. 2 hours east from minneapolis/stpaul (using the freeway).
