Members Only Fluid Forum View   08/08/2017

Fluid forum view allows members only to get right to the meat of this community; the topics. You can toggle between your preferred forum view just below to the left on the main forum entrance. You will see three icons. Try them out and see what you prefer.   Fluid view allows you, if you are a signed up member, to see the newest topic posts in either all forums (select none or all) or in just your favorite forums (select the ones you want to see when you come to Fishing Minnesota). It keeps and in real time with respect to Topic posts and lets YOU SELECT YOUR FAVORITE FORUMS. It can make things fun and easy. This is especially true for less experienced visitors raised on social media. If you, as a members want more specific topics, you can even select a single forum to view. Let us take a look at fluid view in action. We will then break it down and explain how it works in more detail.   The video shows the topic list and the forum filter box. As you can see, it is easy to change the topic list by changing the selected forums. This view replaces the traditional list of categories and forums.   Of course, members only can change the view to better suit your way of browsing.   You will notice a “grid” option. We have moved the grid forum theme setting into the main forum settings. This makes it an option for members only to choose. This screenshot also shows the removal of the forum breadcrumb in fluid view mode. Fluid view remembers your last forum selection so you don’t lose your place when you go back to the listing. The benefit of this feature is easy to see. It removes a potential barrier of entry for members only. It puts the spotlight on topics themselves, and not the hierarchical forum structure. You as a member will enjoy viewing many forums at once and switching between them without leaving the page. We hope that fluid view, the new functionality is an asset that you enjoy .

Not sure Gary, there should be a link there to try if you don't have a PayPal account. Give it a try. If it's a VISA card I would assume it would work.

I am gonna leave the cool hats to you pro's, but am still gonna get in, because I will be entering the competition with my first flatheads of my life this year..... right Darren????~~~~!!!!! I plan on taking the time to get up to fish with Dtro and Harvey Lee and give this thing a real try. It may get me more in the mood to actually take the time to fish for the channels down here besides catching them by accident.

I can still get in and use the print out correct. I have last years hat and it has never been warn. So I can wear it in spirit huh!

Muc, technically last years hat has the logo on it, so feel free to use it. Personally I went through 2 of them last year and it's time for a new one smile

I want to see some of those Channel Cats you've told me about wink

Looking forward to getting you out there this year. See if you can top Borch for his first time out.

Thanks Rick! That is a great deal!

I should pass on the camo hat this year and let someone else get the deal smile I just counted and I have 43 camo hats and I do not need another grin

My sister in-law said she would make us the laminated KOTC cards again, with the mouth tab about 12" long again. If you did not get a KOTC hat last year, this is a great deal. Almost half of what I paid last year!

Ah, what the heck! I have a some old money in the PP account I never use. I will just hit submit! grin

At least 10 left now wink

    •                                      Reb's Apple-chicken 'n cheese Casserole   INGREDIENTS: 4 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened 3 medium-size apples, halved, cored, and sliced ( about 3 cups) 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced (2 cups) 3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split 1/2  tsp coarse salt 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper 1/2 cup soarse-shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs  (I like to use crushed mild seasoned croutons) 1/8 tsp dried thyme 1/8 dried rosemary 3 Tbsp  fresh apple cider
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray a 2- 2 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the apples and onions and saute until the apples are tender, about 10 minutes. Spoon into the baking dish. Lightly spray chicken with cooking oil, then rub the chicken with the salt and pepper and place over the apple-onion mixture. Combine the cheeses with the bread crumbs, thyme , and rosemary and sprinkle the mixture over the chicken. Drizzle the apple cider over the cheese. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the chicken is done. Enjoy!
