IFallsRon
The local dealer had a show this weekend and I asked a tech if the antenna on my 06 unit would be compatible with the new signal. He said that most units, including mine which has a Winegard, are ready to go and that I should be more concerned with the TV having a digital tuner. Ryan_V
I was wondering that about my 01 camper. I figured it would be o.k., but I stil need a converter box though!!
Powerstroke
Old antennas will continue to work at receiving a signal. However your TV will still need a digital converter box to decode the signal. The only time you don't need a converter is if you have a TV with a digital tuner (ASTC)or you use satellite.
