Plano customer service

Thought I would share a good story about Plano taking care of their customers.

I forgot my styrafoam lined minnow bucket out in the car for a few days. Frozen...

So now the foam liner doesnt hold water.

I wrote an email to Plano explaining the situation, and asked them where I can buy a new liner for my bucket.

They are shipping me a new liner free of charge. Great company!

I once had a plano tackle box that I really liked but dropped it and broke it. I called to see if they were still made. No they werent. They did however send me the newest one in the series free of cost. I have since sold it and moved on to the soft sided bags but I always remember that when Im buying the inserts for my soft sides.
