Members Only Fluid Forum View   08/08/2017

Fluid forum view allows members only to get right to the meat of this community; the topics. You can toggle between your preferred forum view just below to the left on the main forum entrance. You will see three icons. Try them out and see what you prefer.   Fluid view allows you, if you are a signed up member, to see the newest topic posts in either all forums (select none or all) or in just your favorite forums (select the ones you want to see when you come to Fishing Minnesota). It keeps and in real time with respect to Topic posts and lets YOU SELECT YOUR FAVORITE FORUMS. It can make things fun and easy. This is especially true for less experienced visitors raised on social media. If you, as a members want more specific topics, you can even select a single forum to view. Let us take a look at fluid view in action. We will then break it down and explain how it works in more detail.   The video shows the topic list and the forum filter box. As you can see, it is easy to change the topic list by changing the selected forums. This view replaces the traditional list of categories and forums.   Of course, members only can change the view to better suit your way of browsing.   You will notice a “grid” option. We have moved the grid forum theme setting into the main forum settings. This makes it an option for members only to choose. This screenshot also shows the removal of the forum breadcrumb in fluid view mode. Fluid view remembers your last forum selection so you don’t lose your place when you go back to the listing. The benefit of this feature is easy to see. It removes a potential barrier of entry for members only. It puts the spotlight on topics themselves, and not the hierarchical forum structure. You as a member will enjoy viewing many forums at once and switching between them without leaving the page. We hope that fluid view, the new functionality is an asset that you enjoy .

You know what we all love...

When you enchant people, you fill them with delight and yourself in return. Have Fun!!!

I've fished the Snake, and Salmon rivers and a small stream called marsh creek that holds natural cut throats.

I've also fished American falls but only caught roughfish.

sorry nothing really close to Boise.

There is a ton of country to cover out there have a great time.

Years ago i seem to remeber traveling through idaho and stopping in some little farm town and seeing a creek running through downtown no wider that 2 feet nor deeper than a foot but it was clear COLD water and low and behold there were a couple 20+in. cutties sitting right next to the truckstop! If i dig through some old info and find the name of the town ill let ya know...

I elk hunt in Idaho when picked for the draw....I go in towards Hells Canyon and along the eastern border of Idaho....great fishing near Oxbow Dam, or drive up to Riggins and fish the Salmon River....awesome fisheries.

    •   I have heard that from most Taxidermist.  But, it's really cool for the Nonhunting relatives and their kids when they come over for Holidays to see the teeth!
    • Thanks for the input, my lawn is very flat just a ton of maple trees!
    • Off to the dehydrator this venny goes!! Num num!
    • I got a hustler raptor SD last year with a 54" deck. I cut about 2 acres also and my mowing time has be cut down by half. I chose to go with a 54 instead of a 60 beside cause of uneven ground and road ditch. zero turns don't side hill very well so if you have hilly ground I would try one out. I used two of my neighbors one was a john deere witch I like a lot and a country clipper  I didn't like that one.  It had a joy stick that controlled the drive  I thought it was very touchy mowed my yard twice with it
    • Thats not a natral pose for a black bear leech
    • Well the 42” 14 year old craftsman LT1000 is heading to the hunting camp so I need a new one for Home. I cut about 2 acres with lots of tree so a zero turn only makes sense, looking 52 - 60” deck and have about a 5K budget to work with. Ariens ikon has me intrigued but also looking at a couple used stand up Wright’s with less than 200 hrs. Also looking at the z series. Thoughts?
    • here comes the tough games, vegas tonight, whom we beat at home, and the tougher game against a last place coyotes tomorrow who we are 0-1-1 against the year. I will say it again, we need 3 points this weekend, all the teams on our tail are winning.
    • UGH......... already??? they can stay down south for all i care.
    • I think about the only place a person could get some decent riding in after this next weekend would be LOW. They had quite a bit of snow up there and with cool nights they will probably be able to groom for a while yet.
    • When I looked out my kitchen window this morning, I almost spit my coffee out! There was a red winged blackbird feeding on one of my suet cakes! I wasn’t expecting to see any of them for at least another 2 weeks or so. Anyone else seeing any early arrivals?
