Eskimo Auger

I have an Eskimo Auger model #8900, and I wanted to buy some new parts for it. Anyone have one of these or know where I can get parts for it? I've looked online for parts but I can't find any it's pretty old.

Is it very old and heavy? I had 3 of them and finally gave up and threw them all away--parts were hard to come by unless you found someone gettin rid of one

Yeah it's old and heavy but it runs good so i'd like to keep it if I could. I just want to get a new throttle bar our a whole new throttle system and some new blades.

well its a tecumsah(spelling?) engine so try some service shops for them

Thanks i'll have to check that out. I called Ardisam and e-mailed them so hopefully i'll get a responce in a week our so.

handle bar assembly c&s didn't have it but gaffers in mankato had the thumb throttle and my buddy rigged it to work with his and blades well you'll have to go to a sporting goods store and see if they will order them because its hard to find a store that stocks them your probably gonna look at spendin 25-30 bucks (i have the same auger let me know if you want to know anything else)

Order blades on mon. night, just got them today so everything looks good!

How did you have shipped from Eskimo/Ardisam? I just ordered blades yesterday via regular ups and hope I get them by this weekend

Yeah they came via ups ground i ordered them off the eskimo HSOforum. It only took 2 days for mine to get here so you probably will get them by the weekned.
