I was surprised to see...

I haven't had one since December at my house, but a friend only a block and a half away has several all winter long every winter. Though, come to think of it she has been in Hawaii frown for two weeks and I have not seen one when I filled the feeders. I will have to check with her on the dove status when she gets home. If the doves were smart they would have been the ones in Hawaii.

We've got lots of them in Iowa. Probably the last State that does'nt allow hunting them. Some mornings I'll have one to two dozen of them on the ground feeder. They may seem sweet but they have an attitude to them also.

Everyday we have a pair that show up at the watering hole farthest from the house, and then move up to pick up seeds from below the feeders hanging from our deck. I'm still working on purchasing some new digital equip. so I can start to share our fortune with all.
