Bowl Game Snacks

Since the best part of Football season is upon us, I'd like to hear some of your favorite snacks that you don't tire of after about 10 straight days of college and pro football.

My favorite snack is a hot wing chicken dip.

1 package of cream cheese

1/2 cup of hotwing sauce - we use "Franks"

1/2 cup of either blue cheese or ranch dressing

1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese

1 rotisserie chicken (the kind you buy cooked and hot at Sams Club, Cub,etc)

We start by combining all the cheeses and sauces in the crockpot and heat it until it can be stirred. Mean while I shred the chicken and add it to the mixture when it's melted enough to mix up well. Let it simmer for a bit and it's ready to serve. I usually eat it on slices of baguette bread, but it goes well on crackers and chips too!

We typically use the entire chicken, but I like to kid myself that if I only use the breast of the chicken it's a much healthier snack!
