I finally got a camera yesterday. I have been wanting one for 3 years now, and finally got one at an affordable price. I was in Scheels at River Hills in Mankato and they had refurbished ones marked down from $199.99 to $99.99, plus they honored my $20 off coupon Cabelas sends out. A camera for $79.99- can't beat that!!

nice pick, thats what i have and it works fine. dont waste ur money on the motor one. there is a ton of better things to spend 100$ for ice fishing

The ice tripods are nice for camera control BUT keep a close eye on your rubber stopper when not in use. They're easy to lose - mine went down the hole today while setting up my camera...

I am gonna noodle with a way to drill a hole into that rubber stop and attaching a leader or fishing line to it and to the tripod itself so that doesn't happen.

any thoughts on getting the refurbished ones? They say that you cannot return them to the store, does aqua view offer a warrenty on these or is it a buy at your own risk type thing? Thinking of getting one they still have a couple left in kato...
