Look at the paperwork with the FL-20. It should have instructions on how try to fix this type of problem for Dual Beam ducers (related to sealant not setting correctly so doesn't hang right). Or call Vexilar support.

The Vex HSOforum has the instruction. Got to support, manuals, Ice-ducer instruction sheet (dual beam). This is and excerpt from the instructions, you'll want to read the full instructions: "If the Transducer will not hang straight on it’s own, pull on the cable hard twisting it around in a circle. This will break free any excess sealant left over from manufacturing."
