marshmallow
I have not had the oppertunity to get on some early ice action.. But a couple buddie's told me they have already noticed "LITTER-GARBAGE" on a couple lakes they tried..They picked up what they could, since they are not "GARBAGE - POLICE".. Nobody is perfect, but it is something that is not a requirement to carelessly throw trash etc.. on the lake and not even think about it "one iota".. Sometimes things happen when the wind is "whipping".. "but" how is it going to be picked up?? The fish?? the birds?? or maybe just sink to the bottom after ice melts?? Nobody will know.. It is not difficult to take the trash etc.. with you.. That being said, I wish everyone a fun, happy, safe, ice angling season..Thank you.... hartner62
Some people are pigs plain and simple. What is with all of the quotations?
harvey lee
Its sad but all we can try to do is leave the lake cleaner than when we came. If that means we need to pick up a few extra items, the lake will be better off in the end.
marshmallow
The quotations were used to help awareness and application of deterring, slowing down, diminish, this propblem that seems to be getting worse the past few years.... that's all.... good luck and have fun this ice angling season.... thank you.... Sandmannd
Yea, people suck. I believe it's a few and not the majority that litter. I will pick up what I see when I'm out on the ice. It's frustrating cause what you leave will end up in the lake at thaw.

JimBuck
I was out a few times this weekend and already witnessed some debris flying around. Mommy can't pick up for the kids all the time...grow up and take care of your trash piggy's. Good to hear others are doing something about it. Every little bit helps.
